All of our behaviors arise out of unconscious beliefs that are buried deep in that inner mind that motivates us to do things that are either beneficial or harmful. The reason why hypnotherapy can be so life-altering is that the inner mind (subconscious) is accessed. New programming is installed, so that those behaviors that no longer serve us are “uprooted”. This allows space for the new programmed behaviors to be installed.

The findings suggest that more profound and lasting change is experienced by the subject using the custom CD. The research concludes that the difference is that the subject’s name that is used throughout the custom CD seems to imprint the suggestions on the person’s subconscious more deeply. I would add, that energetically speaking, the client “gets” that he/she is personally regarded by the individual making the CD. The actual feelings of care for the listener are received by the one for whom the CD was made.
